When we were walking to our vehicle, G.I.S. member Roger captured this bright white light giving off a blue hue. (lower right corner). No one was there near the car at the time he took this picture, nor was there any light source to explain this light. The green ray of light on the upper left is from a spotlight inside the gates of the prison.
